Congratulations on the success of the Alpha on receiving The Award of the Minister of Human Resources for Employers in 2014 for the category of small and medium manufacturing sector which organized by the Human Resources Development Berhad or PSMB. The award presentation ceremony was officiated by YB Dato 'Sri Richard Riot Yatim, Minister of Human Resources. At the same time, Alpha has received a Certificate of Excellence PSMB Award by the Chief Executive of Human Resource Development Mr. CM Vignaesvaran A / L Jeyandran. The prestigious ceremony was held on December 12, 2014 at The Royal Chulan Damansara Hotel which was attended by shortlisted companies.

The HRD Award is the Highest National Recognition in the field of Human Resources Development, awarded by Pembangunan Sumber Manusia Berhad under the Ministry of Human Resources. The Award was introduced by PSMB who are actively involved in the field of human resource development at the organisational is the testament of industry’s recognition towards Government initiatives. This award has grown in stature to become the most prestigious HRD Award recognised by industries.

             Tahniah atas kejayaan Alpha apabila menerima Anugerah Menteri Sumber Manusia untuk Majikan pada tahun 2014 bagi  Kategori sektor pembuatan kecil dan  sederhana yang dianjurkan oleh Pembangunan Sumber Manusia Berhad atau PSMB. Majlis penyampaian anugerah telah disempurnakan oleh YB Dato 'Sri Richard Riot Yatim, Menteri Sumber Manusia. Pada masa yang sama, Alpha telah menerima Sijil Kecemerlangan Anugerah PSMB oleh Ketua Eksekutif Pembangunan Sumber Manusia Encik CM Vignaesvaran A / L Jeyandran. Majlis berprestij telah diadakan pada 12 Disember 2014 di The Royal Chulan Hotel Damansara yang dihadiri oleh beberapa syarikat.

              Anugerah HRD adalah Pengiktirafan Kebangsaan Tertinggi dalam bidang Pembangunan Sumber Manusia, yang dianugerahkan oleh Pembangunan Sumber Manusia Berhad di bawah Kementerian Sumber Manusia. Anugerah telah diperkenalkan oleh PSMB yang terlibat secara aktif dalam bidang pembangunan sumber manusia di organisasi adalah bukti pengiktirafan industri terhadap inisiatif Kerajaan. Anugerah ini telah berkembang dalam kedudukan untuk menjadi Anugerah HRD yang paling berprestij diiktiraf oleh industri.
